SKAARHOJ is my - Kasper Skårhøjs - personally owned company which has been in business since 1997 (under the name "Curby Soft Multimedia" until recent name change). It has provided a living for me up until around 2010 when I took a part time job as an e-learning consultant at the Technical University of Denmark. During these years I worked mostly as an Open Source programmer and consultant on the Web Content Management system called "TYPO3" which I founded and was the lead programmer of for the first decade of it's existence. After 2007 I decided to go for new challenges outside of web development.
On this website you see my current business projects displayed and on the private page you can get an impression of the current projects and activities otherwise. These are mostly innovation projects which in some cases results in products which I normally share under open licenses but also offer my consulting services around.

We're a subcontractor to Stjernholm & Co, Broadcast reseller in Denmark.
My wife is an expert in leadership of volunteers, has written a book (in Danish) on the subject and travels the country to consult groups on the issue. We share the company but she works under her own brand. You can read more about her activities on her separate website.
