Q-SYS Plugins for SKAARHOJ
SKAARHOJ became a Q-SYS Technology Partner in 2022, marking the beginning of an exciting collaboration. Since then, we have jointly released two official certified plugins for PTZ control and audio control. Q-SYS operators, designers, and integrators have long sought a tactile solution for controlling Q-SYS cameras, as well as a simplified fader surface for audio mixing. Thanks to our Raw Panel protocol and the expertise of Control Concepts (a Q-SYS Developer Partner), you can now integrate selected SKAARHOJ controllers into your projects and configure them using Q-SYS Designer. Take advantage of pre-built configurations created by Q-SYS for quick setup, or dive deeper to assign any Q-SYS parameter to any hardware component of a SKAARHOJ panel, offering unparalleled customization and flexibility.

Set your PTZ Extreme, PTZ Pro, PTZ Fly, or PTZ Wiz into Raw Panel mode and seamlessly connect to the world of Q-SYS. With the certified plugin, controlling your cameras via a professional joystick panel becomes incredibly simple. Need to customize a 4-way button or a color-coded knob for a unique function? Audio plugin
Looking for a simple network-based fader surface for your Q-SYS deployment? The solution is available with the SKAARHOJ Wave Board, Wave Board Mini, and Color Fly. Use any of these models with the certified Q-SYS Wave Board plugin to control multiple audio channels with motorized faders. Similar to the PTZ plugin, you can choose between basic or advanced configurations, assigning virtually any Q-SYS parameter to any button, knob, or fader. These controllers perfectly complement Q-SYS’s flexibility, offering extensive customization on the hardware control side as well.
Build Your Own Plugin
Q-SYS with their LUA scripting and open architecture approach encourages customers to exceed limits and create their own integration. If your desired SKAARHOJ panel is not supported by certified plugins mentioned above you can integrate it yourself using our Raw Panel protocol and exchanging simple TCP commands between SKAARHOJ and Q-SYS.
