First identify the micro controller in your device. If you have a UniSketch controller you can identify it at the backside of the controller. Use the picture below as reference and see your invoice for micro controller details. The Firmware Updater Application only works with EtherMega, SKAARDUINO AVR and SKAARDUINO Due based controllers. The .hex firmware files are only for non UniSketch OS based controllers.
